Thanks For Your Inspiration

Hi guys, I hope you are doing fine so far 🙂
I’m not the kind of girl who loves spending hours to cook but I really love to eat clean and healthy. I spent time to learn what clean eating means and what healthy actually is?! I guess it depends on what your goals are.

Are you familiar with that: “One day you could eat chips/ chocolate and tomorrow you want to start with workout and begin a healthier life”. Or even when you start the day very motivated, keep your calories in a range, and maybe go running – And at the evening you are hungry, tired and you are in the mood of eating the whole refrigerator? OMG, that happened very often to me, until one day when I was looking for new & quick recipes on Instagram and I found the gorgeous lenekristines . OMG she is a fitness instructor with such of a great inspiration, I really adore her ♥ and I thought I need to start acting now, right now, not tomorrow!

Now I’m passionate about training and it has become my lifestyle. You have to believe in yourself and find the will to give 100%. I don’t want to loose weight to wear size 0 – no, that is not what I want! I want to become stronger, to have a toned and a well defined body, a better skin and a healthier lifestyle.

I want to share with you guys my favorite quick low carb recipes and some of my workout habits 🙂
